Justin holds a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and uses its methodology in all aspects of product and system design and consulting.

Ernie Albers:

Ernie brings over 18 years of product development and IT experience and specializing in security, analysis, infrastructure and networking design. His broad based knowledge in security and technology includes Internet and network security penetration testing and secure architecture design, Unix based and Windows based hardening, metrics and security hardening, and advanced secure applications development.

His experience in penetration testing and vulnerability testing includes assessment and compromise of numerous Windows, Unix, and networking devices, both as part of internal and external teams. His expertise in architectural security and design includes both software and hardware security features and configuration, application security tools, such as proxies, filters, relays, IDS and over 10 years of experience with secure coding practices and methods for C/C++/C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Java, EJB (e.g., buffer overflows, race conditions).

Waldemar brings extensive experience in product design development and industrial design consulting. He has a high level of competence from idea generation, research, and to design implementation. His ability to develop an idea from a napkin sketch to a full blown product makes him an indispensable member of Zada Partners.

Waldemar has successfully substantiated ideas and solutions for various industries ranging from waste management to healthcare and life sciences. His high level understanding of technologies and industrial design had led on the development of products that are utilized today in different industry verticals.

Peter has lead successful marketing programs for both Fortune 500 and start-up companies. He has helped build leading brands in both the Consumer and B2B environments for more than 50 companies worldwide including Procter & Gamble, Danone, Mattel, Clorox, Merck, Glaxo SmithKline, Agilent, Dell, and Oracle. He has lead marketing, sales management, research, strategic planning and integrated communications in New York, Tokyo, Düsseldorf, Mexico City, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Portland.

Peter earned his MBA and BS degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

Kerry Benedict CEA:

Kerry is an infrastructure and operations specialist with over twenty years IT experience supporting organizations in the public and private sectors. After ten years in the broadcast industry, he applied his systems and engineering skills in managing, designing, building and supporting information technology infrastructures; developing and refining IT operations, systems engineering, and comprehensive security. His credentials include IT Service Management ITIL v3 certification, Project Management Institutes Project Management Professional Boot Camp, and holds the federally recognized certification standard for Enterprise Architecture.

Kerry has done consulting and contract work for Fortune 100 and 500 companies as well as for inter-governmental and federal agencies. Kerry focuses on retooling organizations by deconstructing the business and its technology, clearly defining the as-is and leading management in redefining their vision .

William Leewong:

Willie has over 25 years of experience working in publicly traded multinational corporations as Tax Director and in various management positions in the transportation, electronics, and diversified manufacturing industries.

Willie specializes in international taxation and strategic business planning to optimize client operating efficiencies, cash flows, and profitability. He has extensive background and expertise in formulating and implementing international operating structures, cross border transactions, global tax planning, and the successful negotiation of audit settlements & tax holidays. He also advises clients on economic development and enterprise zone incentives, energy efficiency tax credits and emerging cap and trade opportunities.

Prior to his tenure in private industry, he worked in the tax department of Big Six accounting firms, specializing in their real estate and oil & gas practices. He is an attorney and CPA, licensed in California, and holds a MBA degree with an emphasis in finance.

John Angin:

Jon has more than twenty years of experience in the solid waste management, recycling and waste-to-energy industries with skills ranging from strategic planning and business development to hands on operating knowledge, also the founder of Columbia Business Resources. He takes a leadership role in assisting both municipalities and the private sector in taking their solid waste management strategies to the “next level” by strongly advocating the elements of sustainability and environmental stewardship through new technologies.

Jon has been responsible for the oversight of multi-million dollar publicly and privately held assets including a variety of solid waste and recycling collection operations; “Subtitle D” Municipal Solid Waste, “Subtitle C” Hazardous Waste and “Class II” Inert landfills; transfer stations; intermodal facilities; recyclables processing and buyback centers; material recovery facilities; waste-to-energy facilities; vehicle and container maintenance operations; transportation infrastructure; call centers; and payment processing operations.

Eric J.M. Moret, Ph.D.:

Eric brings fifteen years of research and development experience. His physics background and attention to detail has been a valuable asset for solving a wide range of multi-disciplinary technical problems in settings ranging from laboratory to high volume manufacturing environment.

His ability to simplify a problem into simple manageable elements and identify the true constraints has been a great asset from product design to its delivery. Eric’s balanced experience in the semiconductor industry and academia allow him to approach matters from both theoretical and practical perspectives, which helps with identifying the best solution path. In addition to his technical expertise and his product feasibility assessments, Eric routinely conducts financial assessments on product viability.

Eric is currently a senior R&D engineer at a Fortune 100 company and works as an advisor to Zada Partners.
